• Free worldwide shipping on all orders over £150 (GBP)
• For UK deliveries, orders under £150 will be charged a £5.45 flat rate delivery fee.
• Express next day UK shipping (Mon-Friday) can be added at £8.95
• For DHL international deliveries, orders under £150 will be charged a £15.00 flat rate delivery fee.
• Delivery time after dispatch is 2-3 business days.

NVPA® will dispatch orders placed before 2:30pm GMT on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

Please note: All orders are dispatched from the UK. NVPA® are not responsible for payment of your local duties or taxes outside of the UK. NVPA® is a limited company based in the UK and you may be subject to international credit card transaction fees for orders placed outside of the UK. Please contact your bank for further information.

REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
